Folsom School Directory Changes
Education directories are mixed in Folsom. The California Department of Education directory entry for Folsom-Cordova Unified lists district-level information and leaders such as the superintendent and chief business official with contact details. FCUSD's own public staff page changed access in 2025: effective May 5, 2025, staff information must be accessed through Single Sign-On using an FCUSD email address.

The public catalog faculty and staff page lists names, hire year, title or department, and degrees, which makes it more biographical than many government contact pages.

College catalog entries can confirm an academic role and department, but profile updates and internal directory changes may require employee login tools.

State Personnel Directory Limits
The California Personnel Office Directory is useful but narrow. It provides personnel office contacts, names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical or mailing addresses, and agency codes for departments and campuses. It is not a full directory of every state employee. For Folsom, that distinction matters because state institutions and agencies may appear in local records, but the statewide personnel directory is an office-contact tool.

The California SOS business search, SOS UCC search, notary listing, DCA License Search, CSLB, and State Bar attorney search all list public business or professional records.
These sources should be read as official directories of records, not proof of private status. A recorder hit means a document exists. A business certificate means the city recorded a business license certificate. A license lookup means a state board has a public record. For access law, copies, and request rules, use the Folsom public records page rather than treating a directory hit as a full record.
Property Directories Without Web Owners
